Being a ‘type-A’ personality I stress about almost everything… That tenses up my body and causes a ‘flare-up’ of my Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue… So, I’ve learned to ‘catch myself’ when I tense-up and do some deep breathing or other types of relaxation. Yeah, it’s hard… I’m not great at it, but I’m learning…
I recently went thru the HARDEST year of my life (long story) but, what I’ve learned is that WE are NOT in control… We CAN do our best… But GOD is the only one who knows what our future holds… So, LETTING GO, AND LETTING GOD is the BEST advice I can give… Stressing on things only caused me more grief… So, my point is… TRY NOT TO STRESS… SLOW DOWN… TAKE SOME DEEEEEEP BREATHS… I hope this helps!!
