Any ideas to combat anxiety?

It has been so high lately that sometimes I feel like I’m literally going to jump out of my skin! :frowning_face:
As I discussed with JayCS, I’m using a self-hypnosis audio book, but probably not as often as I should. I’m also taking steps to protect myself from added stress. (Last week was a horrible week with both the ice storm & my daughter’s “breakup from the boyfriend” drama.) I’m playing calming instrumental music, some, while I work full-time from home…
Can anyone else relate? Any ideas?
