i recenly got an email from the lady who heads my local fibro support group and it was about how fibro patients were low on vit.d and they did a study that showed they recieved pain relief once given the vitiamin. i had trouble trying to get the link to here but wanted to share what i had read about i am going to try to figure out more about how much u need because it was not clear in the link. the link used weird ways of showing how much the patients were given but once i find out out i will let u know but for now maybe someone on here may know so i decided to put the post up. i hope we can get some relief from our pain this way it would b better than a pain med with side effects or possiable addiction.
