I love this butterfly. It makes me relax and realize that I really do have the time I need. Thanks for this blessing!

Joy comes in the morning, but for those of us with fibromyalgia, it comes at noon. Still, joy comes every day in some form!

I am grateful to have found Emily both here and on twitter. Emily, I look forward to getting to know you!

Comment by Getfuzzyfan on April 1, 2013 at 12:27pm I found a quote recently that I've taped on my computer monitor and it reminds me to take things one moment at a time.
"The Secret to Life is Enjoying the Passing of Time"

I hope it will help inspire some of you.

I am grateful today for hot water and the knowledge I have gained from physical therapists in the past. I have had a serious neck/shoulder spasm. The hot water has relaxed the muscle, and I am now able to do the PT exercises needed to relieve physical distress. The time physical therapists have given on my behalf is a gift I carry even through the present situation! I am so grateful for them!

Emily, you can find me on twitter as @TheScribelle.

Comment by ☈attled☮ on March 1, 2013 at 12:03pm After receiving my FM diagnosis just a week ago, I find that I have been in quite a grumpy mood- I need to focus on the positive in my life. There are so many things negative that I could dwell on, but they won't make life any easier. I'm constantly trying to find acceptance and gratitude for the challenges G-d has chosen for me. When I look around at others' and their challenges, I think I'll take mine because it could be far worse.
